This urban jungle with its towering glass and concrete skyscrapers and high rise office blocks also allows the traveler insight into Thailand’s every emerging growth as one of the world’s greatest destinations.  Bangkok was recently named by a leading worldwide travel industry magazine as the world’s number one destination.  Beating the likes of New York, Paris and London.  Many monuments line the streets along with the beautiful Buddhist temples and breathtaking royal palaces.
