Ban Ing Nam is a health resort and spa for anyone concerned with fitness and well being and in learning how to
look after themselves. We provide a series of programs for guests with particular health needs, such as fitness, weight management and a controlled
environment and individual programs for those with early diagnosis of diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, heart ailments and stress. We have
various programs including breathing exercises, hiking, stretching exercises, light exercise equipment and special aquatic therapy. We also conduct special
classes in meditation, Yoga, Taichi and Chi Kong, and most importantly on what to eat and how to prepare it. We retain medical consultants in all these
areas. Our professional staff also includes dietitians and nutritionists, sport and exercise physiologists and physical therapists. Our spa is
the ideal place for complete relaxation and energy renewal.
