Ban Suriya or as it is known in English 'The Sunshine House' sits on the southern end of Lipa Noi 'Little Palm' Beach. There are several very famous 'Palm beaches', throughout the world, but we are justly proud of ours with it's untouched white sand, wonderful Anthong Marine Park view and classic sunset.

This villa is destined to be known as the leading, superbly appointed, and creatively designed luxury residence, on Samui. A stunning new contemporary Villa perfect for entertainment and an active holiday.

Rooms

The Villa has an eclectic mix of modern and retro furnishings that provide it with a welcoming ambience. You are spoilt for choice when considering where to relax at any particular time of the day. The garden hammock and lazy chairs provide a cool place to sit and read under the shade of the many coconut trees. The expansive wooden deck ensures you can enjoy as much or as little sun as you choose. The upstairs lounge is the perfect group get together area, and offers an office area, as well as a more private sun deck. The Den is the perfect area to watch TV or keep an eye on pool happenings through the underwater window. A modern kitchen services a unique circular round dining table with glassed Lazy Susan for intimate family style meals.

Each bedroom possesses a different colour theme and outlook. The main Master bedroom enjoys beach views from the bed, lounge area or open sunken bath. A DVD player and stereo complete it's amenities. The adjoining twin bedroom has a second entrance over a fish filled waterway. The other two bedrooms are both doubles and have direct access to the pool and Jacuzzi. Each of the four rooms has it's own individual safe and shared en-suite bathrooms.

The Villa has three fulltime staff that are on call 24 hours a day during your visit and are supported by our resident staff under the leadership of a guest relations manager who will cater to your every need, whether it be arranging an in-villa spa treatment, babysitting or sightseeing tours. We suggest you enjoy the services of one of our experienced Thai chefs to prepare what you want, when you want it. You can even learn to cook Thai cuisine in the comfort of your own villa kitchen if desired.

Facilities

The Sunshine House is a contemporary style Villa with many Thai and Asian touches. It has been built on two Rai of land (3,200 square meters), and features superb tropical gardens that boast of their own fresh herb section for the Gourmand in your group. The Villa is almost exclusively a pristine white, which is in sharp contrast with use of vibrant colours in furniture, linens and accents. It is undoubtedly an active persons paradise as it offers a floodlit grassed paddle tennis court, a 20 meter swimming pool, a fitness room with the latest gym equipment and of course direct access to a stunning white sand beach via an expansive front lawn.

The Villa is an entertainer's dream, as you are spoilt for choice of venue and style of service. It possible to enjoy a candle-lit beach dinner, a BBQ at the Pool Bar, a garden lunch or dinner al fresco at the table built around a tree, or a stylish dinner at the round table.

VILLA SERVICES
A team of three (3), supervised by our Guest Relations Manager, staffs our Villa
Our staff will visit your Villa three (3) times a day, unless you advise.
Firstly each morning to clean and set your deck.
Mid morning (or when you are out) to generally service and clean all areas.
In the early evening to clear your deck of cushions and offer bedroom turndown.

Enjoy a relaxing Thai Massage, facial, body wrap or manicure/pedicure in the privacy of your Villa.

- The manager's office and accommodation also add a sense of security to the property.
- A courtyard of pebbles and grassed limestone pathway leads to the main entrance door.
- Giant Brass Thai hands grace the 3 meter high front door at the end of a walkway over the front water feature
- As you enter the villa, the high ceilings and high use of glass give you a feeling of spaciousness.
- Open style wooden stairs lead to the upstairs lounge, working desk and private sunning deck.
- Below the lounge is the Gym and Fitness centre with it's own shower room
- An outdoor covered Massage bed enjoys a quiet area beside the gym.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a Retro SMEG refrigerator and gas hob & stove, with stylish dining settings.
- Elegant group dining can be enjoyed inside at the Circular Round Wooden table with glassed Lazy Susan
- A sunken TV Den is also the underwater viewing area of the turquoise tiled pool.
- The Villa entertainment centre comprises a Satellite TV, VCD & CD players.
- Up to 50 Channels via TV including BBC, CNN, HBO, Cinemax, ESPN, Star Sports as well as select Children's channels.
- Each bedroom is fully Air-Conditioned and enjoy shared en-suite bathrooms.
