Coconut Village, Koh Samui is where guests can experience the benefits of a
Holiday in a modern Thai style house, where ample space, privacy and freedom are not a question. As all the Coconut Land & House projects, the main
feature of the Thai Style houses of Coconut Village is that they are right on the beach, in a quiet location, with a view to Koh Pha Ngan, the National
Marine Park and the stunning sunsets
Set in quiet surroundings and lush tropical gardens Coconut Village is a place where families or large
parties of friends are free and safe to wander about, eat when they like and generally do what they like without the constraints imposed upon them as in a
hotel.
RoomsSet in the north of Koh Samui, Coconut Village is the first beach project developed by the company and has 16
houses on it. 10 of these houses are available for holiday rental. A2, A3, A4 are all Deluxe villas directly on the beach and each have 2 double
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A1 is a Deluxe villa Directly on the beach and has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms. A9 is a
Deluxe villa directly on the beach and has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A8 is a Standard beach front villa with 2 double bedrooms and 1
bathroom. B1 and B6, located in the 2nd row, are standard Villa, which each 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. B3 is also a Standard villa in
the 2nd row but has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. C3 is a standard villa in the 3rd row very close to the pool with 2 double bedrooms and 2
bathrooms. All of our villas are finely furnished and decorated by their owners, all with air con systems, parquet flooring, a large lounge, large
outside terrace and a fully equipped Western kitchen, so that dining or hosting a small party for your friends at home is made easy and convivial.
Our houses are cleaned every three days but we can arrange a private daily maid if you so wish. There is an ample stock of all bed linen, towels and tea
towels in the villas. Baby cots or extra beds are available upon request.
When you arrive at the Koh Samui you will be welcomed by one of our
Guest Relations Officers and shown to your holiday house where a welcome pack of soft drinks, fruit and flowers await you. We will even stock your fridge
with any provisions you require prior to arrival so that the immediate need to go out and get the shopping is not necessary.
FacilitiesAlternatively, we can arrange for someone to come in and do the cooking for you, or the daily house keeping, leaving you more free
time to lounge on the beach, swim in the sea or the large swimming pool within the project.
The swimming pool also hosts a toddler area, ideal
for families with young children. For those who like it hot, there is a sauna available in Coconut Grove just a short distance away. For the energetic
types we provide the use of a fully equipped gym in Santi Thani just a few minutes away. As to the adventurous ones, we can arrange elephant trekking, horse
riding, island tours, scuba diving, snorkeling as well as car and motorbike rental for more independency. For your convenience, little supermarkets,
internet shops and numerous beach bars and restaurants are located within walking distance.
