The solidly built 2 storey house is embed in a picturesque landscape surrounded by uncountable coconut trees and has a fabulous, unforgettable view over the complete Bay of Lamai, Koh Samui. It only takes 2 minutes to reach the beach where guests can have the chance of going swimming or walking on Chaweng's sandy beach for more than 3 km.
The facilities with all modem conveniences are a big terrace of about 80 square meters along 2 sides, a living Room with an integrated pantry, 2 bedrooms with 2 individually controlled AC and 2 bathrooms. The place is ideal to relax and grants a real undisturbed privacy.
The house holds not more than 5 persons.
