Lanta Palace Beach Club is situated on a secluded stretch of beach on Koh Lanta Island off the West Coast of Southern Thailand. Koh Lanta (Thailand’s Magic Island) is called the magic island because it is stunningly beautiful, with white sand beaches set against towering jungle. And also because time seems to stretch out and change, worries and troubles melt away and a happy timeless feeling soon holds visitors in the spell of the Koh Lanta’s island magic.The Lanta Palace Beach Club is a small family run resort with just 35 bungalows. These are built with brick and cement and are set in rows along the beach and behind. Tropical plants surround the bungalows and have grown since these photos were taken. Situated right on Klong Toab Beach guests can enjoy the white sandy beach.The entrance to Lanta Palace Beach Club is just off the main paved road in Klong Toab Village, soon before the turnoff to the National Park (where the rough road starts). Meaning the Lanta Palace Resort is in the middle of Koh Lanta and really well sited for exploring the island. The small village behind us is a typical local village, unsophisticated with a few small shops & simple eateries.Fishermen in traditional longtail boats leave daily from the beach and guests can watch them come ashore with their catch, much of which is served in the restaurant. It’s quiet and relaxed at the Lanta Palace Beach Club.
Our 35 luxury air conditioned bungalows are well furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Each features a double or twin beds, wardrobe, refrigerator, TV, with large mirrors and ample windows. Every bungalow has a small outside patio as well as a private drying area for your swimwear. Bathrooms are spacious and tiled with hot water, showers, and western toilets. With solid construction and adequate space between the bungalows, you’ll never have to listen to your neighbors at night. And you’re never more than two minutes walk from the beach.
Bungalows were set in to five rows, each row have seven bungalows continuing. All bungalows are identical in size and furnished to the same high standards, with:

Garden front balcony with beach chairs and table.
Standard air-con Bungalow (14)
Located about 30 metres away from the beach - spaced out just behind the gardenview bungalows in the 4th & 5th rows. The bungalows come with a/c, satellite TV, fridge, wardrobe & dressing table, armchairs with table. Bathroom facilities include hot shower. Garden front balcony with beach chairs and table.

With its use of fresh herbs & spices, variety of spicy, sweet & sour tastes and beautiful preparation Thai food is recognized as one of the world’s great cuisines. At Lanta Palace we’re proud of that and strive to bring you the best of Thai and southern Thai cooking.
You’ll see local fishermen in traditional timber longtail boats leave and come back to our beach with catches of fresh and succulent seafood of all descriptions.
The catch goes straight to the kitchen at Lanta Palace for your pleasure and enjoyment, with fresh prawns, game fish, small fish, squid oysters, mussels & more available fresh from the Andaman Sea.
For children and the less adventurous the restaurant at Lanta Palace also serves a range of western dishes including hamburgers, great pastas and steak. Overlooking the beach, with separate tables set on the edge of the sands vistors will enjoy an unforgettable al-fresco dining experience at Lanta Palace.
Thai people like to eat and snack whenever they’re hungry. In this tradition you’ll find our restaurant open daily from 07.00 till late, always ready to serve you a meal, a snack, a great fruit shake made with the freshest ripe tropical fruit and more.
Beach Bar
The beach bar at Lanta Palace serves both local beer or whisky and a range of exotic cocktails. It’s located right on Klong Toab beach & you can enjoy a variety of music; from trendy to oldie music together with the sound of nature under the twinkling stars.
The beach bar opens at 8:00 and normally closes at midnight - but we can stay open later upon request.
Swimming Pool - you can relax or sunbath around our beachside swimming pool. Sunlougers are provided around the pool and on the beach.
Gym room- The seaview Gym room on the second floor above the restaurant is one of our classic corners. You can enjoy your exercise surrounded by a great view of the Andaman Sea.
