The Muaklek Health Spa and Resort is located 135 kilometers North East of the capital city Bangkok, only one and a half hour's drive from Don Muang-International Airport. Built on an area of more than than 500 rais ( 80 hectares ) of unspoiled land, it is surrounded by lush green hills, mountains, lakes and waterfalls at the foothills of the country's second largest national park, Kho Yai. Abundant with thousands of species of trees, plants and birds, it is a true and ideal paradise for those who enjoy nature, peace and fresh air.

The Muaklek Health Spa and Resort is also within a short distance from various tourist attractions. i.e. waterfalls, the Kho Yai National Park and for the avid golfer, 5 championship golf courses.

Facilities

For those Residents, who prefer to use the Resort's Food and Beverage facilities, the present all purpose restaurant at the Clubhouse, is open from 7 am to 9 pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner on daily basis, offering excellent Thai cuisine, Western fare and succulent broiled steaks. Once the planned Resort is opened, a new Cafe Restaurant located on the upper floor of the Clubhouse will be serving all day dining, while the "Steak au Vin" grill room serves lunch and dinner only.

Lobby bar opening hours are from 10 am. to 12 midnight. A Cyber Fun Pub will be introduced shortly after the opening of the Resort.

Clubhouse

Presently in operation at the Muaklek Health Spa and Resort is its major feature the Clubhouse, one of the largest log cabins in Asia. It features a full range of in-house activities and facilities, i.e.:

• 4 Flood lit Tennis courts
• 3 indoor Badminton courts and 2 air-conditioned Squash courts
• 25 x 15 meters Olympic size Swimming-pool and children's wading pool

• Spa Center with separate Male / Female dressing areas, showers, toilets, steam and sauna, massage, whirlpools ( Jacuzzis )

The main Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 persons indoors for banquets or meetings and up to 350 persons if combined with the adjacent open-walled pre-function area for cocktails or exhibitions. If smaller seminar / meeting venues are required, the resort offers a separate meeting room for up to 100 persons, which can be divided into two separate rooms of 50 persons each.

Once opened , the Resort's Health Spa and Beauty Care Complex will offer a full range of services designed to allow relaxation and rejuvenation of body, mind and spirit. The list of massages and treatments available is numerous with the choice of almost any type of massage from traditional Thai to hydro-therapy, relaxation, shiatsu, reflexology, reiki, aroma-therapy, Chinese or Balinese massage, sport and Aromatherapy.

A combination of Asian healing principals and Western techniques will be used including various health and beauty care treatments, many of which are based on exotic, traditional herbal mixtures .

A wide range of signature health spa treatments, varying from 3 to 10 days, are also offered with nutritionists, physical therapists, personal trainers and a doctor in Chinese medicine on hand to answer any queries and to cater to all one's needs.

Our health spa which is complimented by the sauna and steam rooms ( separate for ladies and gentlemen ), provide you with a variety of treatments and baths, including Jacuzzi / whirlpool baths.

Traditional and the famous Thai massages ease away any aches and pains and release tension so you can enjoy complete relaxation and contentment in our beautiful resort.

Aromatherapy, detoxification and oil treatments together with herbal baths and skin treatments which will rejuvenate your body and soul and give you a health happy all over glow.
