Above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT and includes breakfast

Child Policy:
- A child under 12 years occupying the same room with parents will be free of charge. ( max 1 children per room )
Compulsary breakfast charged at 125 baht

Compulsary Gala Dinner:
- Christmas Eve @ 1,600 baht per person children @ 800 baht
- New Year Eve @ 2,100 baht per person children @ 1,050 baht

Transfers:
-From Phuket Airport to Hotel ( land and sea ) @ 2,050 baht per adult return, 1,200 baht per child. ( min 2 pax )

Maximum 2 adults per villa - 3rd person must pay for extra bed
