designed to ensure total living enjoyment and comfort. The Royal Living Residence is located In the north of Samui at the long, peaceful, fine-sanded and
palm-surrounded Bang Po Beach, Koh Samui.
RoomsComplex: The project consists of 8 beautiful Thai style private houses. Generously
built, luxuriously equipped and furnished. Specification and construction conform to the highest western standards. Houses are built in a semicircle
near the designers swimming pool. Houses The living space of the first villas one, two and eight, is 183 sqm. The other
five villas have a basefloor of approx. 195 sqm. & suntop terrace 28 sqm. Whether as tenant or owner you can enjoy the finest of Thai architecture
combined with the highest standard of western amenities and comfort. The appartments on garden level of the villas 4 and 5 (three bedrooms, four
bathrooms and a big living area are good for 1 to 8 persons ) make it possible to reach the pool and the beach without stairways. Inside you'll find
luxurious thaistyle built-in funiture and te same top standard equipment as in the upper villa-floor. HOUSE FEATURES Two big
bedrooms both with bathrooms en suite provide ample Sleeping space for five persons. Sleeping space for two more persons is provided in the living area with
extra wc/washroom for guests.
The kitchen has dual cooking facilities-gas and electricity. Large refrigerator with deep freeze, toaster,
coffe-machine and water heater. The dining / living area has a breakfast table,chairs and three bar stools. FURTHER

FacilitiesSWIMMING POOL Beautifully designed pool 13 X 18 m with spectacular underwater
lighting, waterfall, 3.6 diameter Jacuzzi, poolside chairs. Minimum chlorine in water makes pool more comfortable for allergy sufferers.
RESTAURANTS Nearby are several restaurants providing Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese and, of course, top European cuisine.
There is a small local supermarket where you can buy a selection of basic grocery household goods. Bigger and cheaper supermarkets in Nathon. A cheap but
