Currently Samui Garden Resort offers two fully furnished houses for weekly or monthly rental.

House 1 (app.48 sqm)

• 1 Bedroom with double bed
• 1 Living room
• 1 Bathroom with western toilette and hot shower
• Terrace
• Fully equipped kitchen area
• Air-condition

House 2 (app.70 sqm)

• 2 Bedrooms with double beds
• 1 Living room
• 1 Bathroom with western toilette and hot shower
• Terrace
• Fully equipped kitchen area
• Air-condition

The houses will be cleaned and the bed sheets changed 2 times a week. Daily cleaning can be arranged with Mrs. Noi for a reasonable price as well as laundry service. Every house has its own electric meter and we will charge 5 Baht/kwh. A deposit of 15,000 Baht for house 1 and 20,000 Baht for house 2 is required and will be refunded on check-out.
