The exclusive 71 Villa & Suite Santiburi Dusit Resort is located on Mae Nam Bay in Koh Samui, fifteen minutes from Samui Airport. Recreational options include one of Samui's most picturesque and secluded beaches; sailing & windsurfing; a large swimming pool and smaller children's pool; golf driving arena & putting green; fully equipped gymnasium, saunas, and Spa with private massage and therapy rooms; table tennis and Tennis Pavilion; lush tropical gardens & Jogging track, Four restaurants and lounges offer Thai and Mediterranean fovorites.

Accommodation is mostly in Thai-style villas, inspired by the summer palace built by King Rama IV at Phetchaburi. Each villa has a large bathroom and separate sitting area, furnished using traditonal fabrics and wood furnishings.

These luxury bungalows are visions of the ideal escape: highly polished wooden floors and large terraces overlook either Mae Nam Bay or the gardens that parallel the beach.

Rooms

The contemporary but earthy Thai furnishings give a warm, open feel that's enhanced by a glass panel between the living room and bedroom. Wood-panelled glass sliding doors to the terraces add to the spacious affect. The huge bathrooms have two black washbasins, black oval bathtubs, and separate backlit shower stalls. All rooms are equipped with satellite television, video, CD and cassette players and free CD's and video tapes.

12 equatorial suites have one or two bedrooms and look over the garden havens.

57 deluxe individual villas are all one-bedroom bungalows that look over the gardens or the sea.

The two Santiburi Suites are two-bedroom seaview villas.
