restaurants, old style shops, lots of beer bars ( friendly and relaxed )
even a few disco pubs.
Local Thai food and fast food, it's all there.

in Hua hin are priced from a few hundred baht upwards.

If you want a few days somewhere south of Bangkok on your way to or from Koh Tao or Koh Samui
it's great for a stopover, also as a destination itself

Tourism doesn't mean 'everything' to the place
so it's tout and hassle free,yet it has pretty much everything you need.
